Orders & Shipping
1. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible in order for any changes with your order. If the item has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order.
2. What are your shipping methods?
We offer free shipping via USPS first class mail with tracking on any order. Expedited shipping is also available through both UPS and USPS.
For large orders, please contact our Support Team to ask about complimentary expedited shipping by emailing support@bullsharkla.com. We are happy to work something out!
3. What is a preorder or backorder and when will it ship?
We offer items for purchase before they arrive in stock. Preorders are offered for items that will be joining the catalog or for limited run items. Backorders are items that are currently offered but are out of stock at the time of your order.
An estimated arrival time is provided at the time of your order. Once we receive the item, we'll make sure to send you a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
All items in original condition with tags 30 days after purchase are eligible for return. Costumers are responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend shipping with tracking/insurance in order to ensure your return is received. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
2. How do I start a return?
It is best to contact us at support@bullsharkla.com with your order number before sending a return, but customers are also welcome to simply send the item back within the 30 day period and a refund will be issued.

3. What is your exchange policy?
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items. If you need a different item or style, we are happy to assist you with a new order.
